Our Lead Learners

Pike Faculty and Staff as Lead Learners

Teachers as Innovators isn’t just a slogan. Every year, every Pike teacher and staff member takes advantage of a wide-range of professional growth activities, from conferences and workshops, to online classes and degrees.  Professional growth is directly tied to teacher evaluation and goal-setting and to school-wide initiatives set by the administrative team, ensuring that these opportunities have impact where it matters most – in the classrooms and in children’s learning.  We’re proud of the professional culture at Pike and of the adults in our community, all of whom are truly lead and lifelong learners.
